Fielmann USA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain operations. You will analyze performance, develop reports, and drive improvements across demand planning, inventory, and procurement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Combination of education and/or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory.
• Strong systems knowledge; demonstrated experience with WMS & LMS.
• ERP experience such as SAP is a plus.
• Forklift license required; able to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze supply chain data related to demand, inventory, logistics, and procurement to identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor KPIs such as service level, inventory turnover, lead time, and cost.
• Develop and complete weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, and rollouts (LMS, ERP, planning tools, Power BI).
• Establish relationships with vendors and shippers and assess vendor operations.
• Prepare and communicate inventory metrics to management.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and IT to improve service delivery.
