Job summary

Riverpoint Medical, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Portland, OR to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain team. You will participate in SIOP activities, perform data analysis, and support system improvements across domestic and international teams.

The role emphasizes dashboarding, reporting, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain data analysis, strong Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, focusing on systems and data.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling for Power BI semantic data models.
• High level proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and T-SQL and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other supply chain team members on the greater teams’ goals and deliverables.
• Examine supply chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with various cross functional teams to create and execute strategies aimed at boosting supply chain performance.
• Track and present KPIs related to inventory, order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and logistics.
• Ensure data accuracy within supply chain systems and resolve any related issues.
• Assist in freight invoice audits and logistics cost variance reporting.
• Assist in the identification, implementation and enhancement of supply chain management software and technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance data models and streamline reporting processes.
• Help develop supply chain policies and best practices.
