The GSCM Strategy and Growth Analyst supports development of procurement strategy, specific supplier strategies, and bid details for new business opportunities. Represents the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) organization in the Capture process and monitors the development of supplier pricing and strategies in support of proposal efforts. This position also serves as an advisor to Supply Chain and Business Development (BD) leadership to ensure standard procedures are followed, provides guidance to optimize Supply Chain support to BD, and acts as a change agent and problem solver. This is a remote-telework role. US Citizenship is required to apply.
Typical Accountabilities
- Interface with BD/Capture Teams to define GSCM strategy, obtain Bill of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Drive teaming strategy with the Capture team, evaluate potential partners, and select teaming strategies
- Lead GSCM proposal support, including development of NDAs and TAs in coordination with Contracts and BD
- Vet potential partners to ensure suppliers meet minimum requirements
- Solicit and coordinate supplier quotes and proposals, including pricing, past performance, and technical info
- Assist in generating Scope of Work (SOW) documents with SMEs for proposal elements
- Support proposal development and Concepts of Operations in collaboration with the BD team
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations and internal procedures
- Develop databases/tools for historical pricing and SOWs to expedite procurement
- Lead data analysis initiatives to improve proposal processes and competitive intelligence
- Provide guidance on procurement strategies and best practices
- Monitor external and internal trends to stay current with procurement and logistics procedures
- Participate in color reviews and capture status meetings as needed

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 2 years’ experience can substitute for each year of degree
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, supply chain, or related areas
- Experience supporting Business Development/Capture processes
- Procurement experience including RFP evaluation, negotiation, and strategic sourcing
- Experience in a high-volume, global supply chain environment
- Contingency operations experience preferred
- US Citizenship required
