Amazon Business in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support day-to-day operations and issue resolution within our fulfillment network. This role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain operations, with strong data analysis and communication skills. This is an hourly position located in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

The AB North America Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations and issue resolution within our fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon.

An ideal candidate has a background in supply chain operations and excellent data driven problem-resolution skills. He/she/they have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. Candidates will work collaboratively across teams to perform in-depth analyses and troubleshoot complex issues in a variety of subject areas. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Role can be located in Phoenix AZ. This is an hourly role Monday - Friday.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macro creation and modification
• Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
