Summary

This is a key position managing local supply chain operations for one of key strategic Home Appliance customers focusing on improving synergies in core areas including: Order Management, Inventory Management, Item Setup process, Special Order Management, ETA shipment reporting, and Returns Processing. This position follows established processes for order management, logistics and delivery. It interacts and communicates with other areas of business such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Production Planning at times.

Responsibilities

• The supply chain analyst communicates with Lowe’s warehouses and order management team, following processes and protocol to achieve customer objectives related to weekly orders for stock items and special orders.
• Coordinate actions with Operations, Sales and Logistics teams for Direct Ship/Import programs to manage and develop the necessary tools/reporting/KPI’s.
• Drive actions to achieve company objectives for customer service levels, especially on-time delivery and fill rates.
• Proactively identify and challenge activities that will detract from planned objectives.
• Run reports in SAP and the customer’s portal to analyze orders and other data.
• Manage product life cycle as it relates to the final inventory of the old model and help forecast and order for a new model’s launch date.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $30.00 - $35.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
