Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support material flow from PO issuance through final delivery. You will monitor shipments, manage supplier communications, and analyze data to prevent disruptions and improve efficiency.

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will collaborate with Purchasing, Production Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. Oracle ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supply chain, logistics, purchasing, material planning, or inventory management experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor materials from PO confirmation through delivery.
  • Track order status, lead times, and shipments using Oracle ERP and related systems.
  • Ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules.
  • Identify shortages, delays, and supply chain risks before they impact operations.
  • Coordinate expedited shipments and recovery plans when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding shipments, lead times, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve supplier performance issues.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery, Lead Time Variance, Material Availability, Inventory Levels.
  • Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Project Teams.
  • Resolve material shortages and delivery challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
