Job summary

Next Phase Enterprises is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to oversee full item life cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams on commercialization, sales analytics, inventory management, and demand planning. Emphasis on robust soft skills and customer service.

The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to take ownership with a strong sense of accountability. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not strictly required.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, Product Development, or Sales Analysis; CPG/Food Industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Note: experience is considered more valuable than a degree for this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Timeline Management: Develops, leads and maintains operational timelines and coordinates with stakeholders to communicate next steps.
  • Meet Critical Deadlines: Take ownership of deadlines to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends using templates; collaborate with internal sales and external merchants on actions based on data.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory to exact WOS at warehouse(s), DCs and store level using sales metrics.
  • Autonomy: Be fully responsible for decision making for assigned accounts/programs/vendors.

Job description

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm

Pay Range: $54,600 - $60,000 per year

Incentive Pay: Quarterly Bonus

The Role

The Supply Chain Administrator will oversee and manage full item life cycle(s) processes, coordinating timelines with cross-functional project teams. This includes but is not limited to item commercialization, sales analytics, inventory management, and demand planning, with a strong overall emphasis on robust soft skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timeline Management: Develops, leads and maintains operational timelines and constantly coordinates with all stakeholders to communicate the next step to ensure completion.
  • Meet Critical Deadlines: Take ownership of deadlines to ensure timely completion of all key tasks.
  • Sales Analysis: Responsible for using NPE templates to analyze sales data and trends. It is the responsibility of the Logistics Manager to use this data to identify the +/- of each item’s performance and proactively work with internal sales and external merchants on action items that are derived from the sales data.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for managing inventory to an exact WOS at the warehouse(s), DC’s and store level using all applicable sales metrics available to NPE.
  • Autonomy: Goal is to have the team member fully responsible for decision making for the assigned Accounts/programs/vendors.
Requirements
