Job summary

Macy's Inc. in China Grove, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Admin Coordinator to support attendance, staffing and transfers within the distribution center. This full-time role requires reliable scheduling and data entry to keep operations running smoothly.

You will partner with building leadership and people leaders, handle payroll questions, and assist with compliance tasks including annual recertifications and I-9 verifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in HR, admin or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret employment policies in English.
• Resourceful self-starter; works independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process staffing reports to track attendance and return-to-work.
• Manage job requisitions with Building Staffing.
• Update colleague status, transfers, promotions, and data corrections.
• Coordinate with Background Check for contingent hires and investigations.
• Assist with PTO, paychecks, benefits inquiries and compliance tasks.
