Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Supply Assurance Buyer to support manufacturing operations and supplier management at our Richmond, CA location. The role focuses on placing POs, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet production goals.

You will monitor inventory levels, resolve issues proactively, and work within SAP to streamline workflows and invoice accuracy. A 1–2 year background in purchasing or planning is expected, with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or production planning.
• Experience with expediting and issuing purchase orders.
• Proficiency in SAP MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerBI, PowerPoint).

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer to join their team. As a Supply Assurance Buyer, you will be part of the GSC LSG Operations Department supporting critical supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Assurance Buyer

Location: Richmond, CA

Pay Range: $37-40

Shift: Monday-Friday, day shift 8-5pm
