Job summary

SciTech Services is seeking a Supply and Service Support Representative (SSSR) to be located at the 48th Chemical Brigade in Fort Hood, TX. The SSSR will perform Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) sustainment services for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense COTS equipment to meet client needs.

Duties include coordinating maintenance and calibration, issuing and tracking equipment, and arranging pickup/delivery with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years Supply and Service Support experience.
• At least 20 years of CBRN experience, preferably in a leadership role including ten years with the 48th Chemical Brigade.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage COTS equipment requests including issuance, receipt, accountability, storage, preventive maintenance, repair and turn-in.
• Perform sustainment functions using LIS to track maintenance status of designated CBRN-COTS and other Government-owned equipment.
• Coordinate unit maintenance and calibration according to COTS equipment specifications.
• Coordinate COTS sustainment services and training with vendors.
• Arrange COTS equipment pickup and delivery.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Clearance requirement : Candidates must currently possess a DoD SECRET clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

SciTech Services is seeking a Supply and Service Support Representative (SSSR) to be located at the 48th Chemical Brigade in Fort Hood, TX. The SSSR will perform Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) sustainment services for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment to meet client needs.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Manage COTS equipment requests including issuance, receipt, accountability, storage, preventive maintenance, repair and turn-in.
• Perform sustainment functions usingthe Logistics Information System (LIS) toaccount for and track the maintenance status ofdesignated 48th Chemical Brigade CBRNCOTS and other Government-owned equipment,includingconsumable supplies and repair parts.
• Coordinateunit maintenance and calibration according to COTS equipment specifications.
• CoordinateCOTS sustainmentservicesand trainingwith vendors.
• ArrangeCOTS equipment pickup and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or five years Supply and Service Support experience.
• At least 20 years of CBRN experience, preferably as a Chemical Officer or Chemical Non-Commissioned Officer including at least ten years in units in 48th Chemical Brigade.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff members.
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
