The Supply & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for assisting in the production and distribution of Type I and Type IV deicing / anti-icing fluids as well as sales of recycled propylene glycol from Inland facilities. This includes raw material and production scheduling, inventory monitoring, customer service, product delivery, and customer invoicing. This position requires knowledge of the chemical distribution industry, especially inventory management, production scheduling, supply of raw materials, and coordination of trucking for deliveries.
Valid driver’s license.
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
The Supply & Logistics Specialist will work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment; There will be times when the Supply & Logistics Specialist will be required to work outside of their normal work schedule, so that we may meet the needs of our customers and/or operational requirements.
Position involves remaining seated for extended periods of time using a computer keyboard and mouse; Must be able to speak clearly and hear efficiently; Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
This is a full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week.
Ability to travel 10% or more of the time; Availability to travel on short notice to meet immediate business needs may be required.
Ability to obtain and maintain all security clearances required by Transport Canada or TSA and/or local Airport Authorities; Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings.
