The Type of Supply and Demand Planning Manager We\'re Looking For

We\'re searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to refine demand forecasts for our products, including dish pods and cleaning products.
  • Build a supply plan that aligns production capacity and inventory goals, ensuring right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Monitor stock levels, adjust safety stock thresholds, and collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Communicate insights and collaborate across functions to support inventory management decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar role, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly in household cleaners or related sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP
  • Proven experience with master data management within an ERP system; NetSuite proficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
What It\'s Like to Be Our Supply and Demand Planning Manager

This full-time inventory management role works from home Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
