Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Supplier Security & Assurance professional to lead end-to-end supplier security assessments, verify evidence, and drive remediation with vendors and business owners. You will manage risk, review controls, and help shape tooling and requirements for the program.

Experience with SaaS security configurations, risk management, and building or tuning LLM-powered workflows is essential. This role is based in Seattle or remote and offers growth in a mission-driven security team.

Qualifications

• Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company.
• Knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk) and how to apply them.
• Ability to assess a vendor across security domains and determine closure readiness.
• Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through cross-team influence.
• Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow in risk/ compliance contexts.
• Experience operating issue management workflows with owners and due dates.

Responsibilities

• Run supplier security assessments end to end: review evidence, evaluate controls, determine residual risk, route for deeper review.
• Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document findings with severity, owner, and due date; drive remediation.
• Run continuous monitoring after approval and trigger reassessments as scope changes.
• Improve the program by identifying gaps and proposing fixes and roadmaps.
• Tune and maintain Claude-powered assessment platform: prompts, design, calibration, QA.
• Contribute to KPI/KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, and reassessments.
