Syenta is seeking a Supplier & Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing, negotiations and relationships across our growing supply base. You’ll structure deals using volume, timing, forecasts, and capacity commitments to create favorable outcomes for Syenta and suppliers alike.
You’ll work ahead of demand, engaging suppliers early to explore alternatives before requirements become urgent, ensuring supply security and cost efficiency as Syenta scales its semiconductor manufacturing platform.
Syenta is pioneering a new era in semiconductor manufacturing with our groundbreaking Localized Electrochemical Manufacturing (LEM) technology. Our platform enables advanced packaging by combining patterning and metallization into a single tool. We achieve high-speed, high-resolution metallization at lower costs and energy use, while minimising emissions and waste.

Founded in Australia, we are building a world-class team of engineers and scientists tackling some of the toughest challenges in semiconductor manufacturing. Our collaborative, people-first culture empowers individuals to take ownership, innovate, and deliver breakthrough results.
We are looking for a Supplier & Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and supplier relationships across Syenta's growing supply base. This is a high-ownership, commercially creative role — you'll identify suppliers, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate arrangements that give Syenta the flexibility, cost base and supply security to execute its roadmap. We're not looking for someone who simply compares quotes and negotiates unit price; you'll structure deals using volume, timing, forecasts, payment terms, capacity commitments and longer-term relationships to create better outcomes for both sides.
A major part of the role is working ahead of demand — engaging suppliers early so we have time to explore alternatives and structure the right commercial arrangement before requirements become urgent.
We're passionate about building a diverse, people-first company. Our culture of collaboration and mutual respect fuels innovation capable of redefining an industry. At Syenta, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, lead high-impact teams, and shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing.
