Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation is seeking a Supplier Quality Technician in Opelika, Alabama. This role involves managing non-conforming supplier parts to ensure production quality and supporting Supplier Quality Engineers in corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily non-conforming supplier parts.
• Train sorting personnel on inspection standards.
• Organize parts awaiting inspection in NCM area.
• Prepare daily reports on sorting, inspection, and rework.
• Perform daily inventory counts for NCM cage materials.
• Prepare Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments.
• Maintain daily 5S standards within NCM area.
• Assist with SQE tasks and coordinate defect part transport.

Knowledge of production processes and quality requirements

Basic reading comprehension

Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point

Education

Minimum of 3 years manufacturing work experience
