Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Specialist (Contract) to help ensure supplier quality, compliance, and performance across the supply chain at Peachtree Corners, GA. You will work with Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive improvements and maintain documentation in ERP/QMS systems.

The role targets professionals with background in supplier quality, quality assurance, procurement, or regulatory compliance, who excel in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality, or related field.
• 2+ years in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience reviewing supplier documentation and performance metrics.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, biotech).
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Infor LN, Oracle or similar.
• Knowledge of supplier compliance, ISO standards, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze supplier quality performance data and metrics.
• Prepare, document, and maintain Supplier Quality Reviews.
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure supplier documentation and compliance records are up to date.
• Support supplier qualification and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Maintain quality records in QMS and ERP systems.
• Assist audits and regulatory documentation reviews.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement to strengthen supplier quality and reliability.

Supplier Quality Specialist (Supply Chain & Compliance)

Join a team that plays a critical role in supplier performance, quality compliance, and supply chain excellence.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Specialist to help ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, compliance, reliability, and performance expectations. This position works cross-functionally with Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers to evaluate supplier performance, maintain compliance documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Review and analyze supplier quality performance data and metrics.

• Knowledge of supplier compliance requirements, audits, ISO standards, and quality management systems.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
