DuPont is seeking an experienced Delegated Supplier Quality Representative for our Valley View, OH site. The DSQR serves as the delegated customer release agent, ensuring product and process conformance through inspections and system reviews.

The role includes liaison with government and customer representatives, coordinating quality functions for programs, and ensuring flow-down of requirements to hourly and salary staff.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain SAE AS13001 Release Verification Certification.
• Must be willing to obtain ASQ-CQT Certification or higher.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment with responsibility for product acceptance and rejection in a Quality Assurance role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison between DuPont and customers regarding quality-related matters.
• Execute final product release ensuring documentation conforms to customer and in-house requirements.
• Review each lot for compliance with processing and quality requirements.
• Interpret customer and industry specifications and provide recommendations to management and technical teams.
• Execute contract reviews and quality plans to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Utilize inspection techniques to audit processes for compliance with quality practices.
• Prepare and facilitate First Article Inspection.
• Support internal audits, process audits, and customer audits.
