Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. Certification in J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA standards may be required within 30 days of hire.

Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Responsibilities for this Position

Develop mission-critical systems that enhance safety. Join General Dynamics Mission Systems to work on impactful projects using advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics across diverse domains.

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will lead the Receiving Inspection team, participate in meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure supplier compliance, and drive non-conformities to resolution. Your role will focus on maintaining the quality and consistency of incoming products.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in electrical or mechanical technology
• Strong knowledge of standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA

Salary Note: The estimated salary range is USD $110,175.00 - USD $119,213.00 per year, based on experience and location. The position remains open until filled.
