Beta Technologies, Inc. in South Burlington, VT, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to partner with the Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues with supplied components, enforce supplier performance, and sustain relentless improvements.

You will mentor and lead Supplier Quality engineers while collaborating with suppliers, internal design and manufacturing teams, and customers to drive defect reduction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to mentor and lead a quality engineering team.
• Strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier quality activities with QA and Manufacturing teams.
• Mentor and guide Supplier Quality engineers and ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive quality improvements and on-time delivery.
