Responsibilities

• Investigate supplier quality issues and resolve quickly to minimize impact to manufacturing operations.
• Review supplier non-conformances and communicate findings to internal departments and suppliers.
• Provide technical support regarding quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on action items for timely responses.
• Monitor supplier corrective actions for timeliness and effectiveness.
• Coordinate containment activities for supplier non-conforming material.
• Evaluate supplier quality methods and support internal quality process improvements.
• Prepare management reports and present quality data for reviews.
