Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking supplier quality engineers to lead investigations into supplier non-conformances, drive CAPAs, and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approvals.

You will help improve incoming material quality and reduce production issues, collaborating cross-functionally to implement process improvements and uphold supplier accountability. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of quality issues and scalable resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis.
• Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting.
• Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into supplier related non-conformances and drive CAPAs.
