Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a supplier quality engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own CAPAs, lead NCR investigations, and ensure robust first article inspections and part approval processes, with a focus on improving incoming material quality and reducing production issues.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and strengthen supplier accountability, taking hands-on ownership of issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier quality engineering with CAPA ownership and RCA.
• Experience closing NCRs in a manufacturing setting.
• Background with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into supplier non-conformances and CAPAs.
• Ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approvals.
• Improve incoming material quality and reduce production issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and strengthen supplier accountability.
• Hands-on ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale.
