Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Quality Analyst Pilot to join the Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team. The role centers on ensuring project quality targets, managing launch timelines, and delivering flawless production transitions.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and up to 3 years in automotive quality or product engineering, with strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university.
• 0–3 years' experience in automotive product engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality or product quality.
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Supplier Quality Manual.

Responsibilities

• Quality convergence and deployment of quality tools for part/assembly qualification.
• Root cause analysis and escalation as per project criteria.
• Lead supplier quality reviews and action planning for issue resolution.
• Coach strategic suppliers on complaint processes and resolutions.
• Ensure 100% quality at launch and data-driven KPI tracking.
