Job summary

Club Car Llc is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer II to own supplier performance from Receiving to warranty, drive corrective actions, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams in Evans, GA. This role emphasizes data-driven problem solving and robust process capability development with suppliers.

You will conduct on-site reviews, PPAP support, lead APQP activities, and participate in cross-functional teams to launch new products while ensuring quality systems compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Six Sigma certification (any level) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier performance from Receiving to warranty.
• Drive corrective and preventative actions and closure.
• Analyze failure data to support continuous improvement with Club Car teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop process capabilities and quality systems.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits, PPAP support, and APQP documentation.
• Travel to supplier locations for on-site reviews and development activities (< 50% travel).
