•••• is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to lead supplier quality development for our products, collaborating with Design, QA, and supply chain to improve supplier performance. You will drive PPAP/FAIR, NPI readiness, and corrective actions to reduce defects and production issues.
You will audit contract manufacturers, evaluate new suppliers, issue SCARs/NCMRs, and ensure flow-down of quality requirements. Travel internationally to Europe and Canada as needed.

As •••• ’s Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Supplier Quality Development support for all •••• products, including Conducted Electrical Weapons, Cartridges, Counter Drone devices and accessories. You will be a key technical leader responsible for working with suppliers, in cooperation with •••• Design Engineering, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain. You will evaluate and select qualified suppliers. You will lead efforts to measure and improve supplier performance. This work will positively impact the quality of new and existing products. Specifically, you will help reduce PPMs, lower costs related to poor quality, and improve on-time delivery. •••• is a dynamic, fast-paced environment and we welcome new ideas, team spirit and cooperation across departments.
