Job summary

Aequor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support training and implementation of six-sigma, SPC/process control, and quality tools across supplier partners. You will help assess gaps and contribute to supplier development plans while coordinating multiple projects with the supplier development team.

The role involves coaching suppliers on lean, six sigma and quality practices, ensuring progress toward agreed objectives, and refining training materials to deploy the supplier development

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science / Technical field.
• 3-5 years experience in Product Quality/Supplier Quality.
• Certified six Sigma or Lean Green Belt minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assists with training and implementation of six sigma, problem solving, SPC/process control, and quality tools at supplier partners.
• Assist with initial gap assessments and contribute to supplier development plans.
• Implement quality, six-sigma, process control and training projects.
• Track multiple projects and coordinate with supplier development team.
• Support monitoring of progress against objectives and goals.
• Coach and mentor suppliers on six sigma, lean and quality tools.
