Travel Requirements : To corporate office and customer locations as project demands

Location: Fairfax, VA / Remote

SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to conduct, research, develop, design, and test RF payloads, electrical components, equipment, and systems.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

· Design and repair systems that transmit radio signals.

· Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) cascade analysis and make recommendations for improvement/design.

· Digitally test Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum design to ensure viability.

· Create plans for improvement.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

· Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, electrical/electronics engineering technology, computer engineering, math, physics or related scientific discipline.

· Ten (10) + years of professional engineering design experience in one of the following areas:

o Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Interface protocols (I/O)

o Digital design using state-of-the art microprocessors

o Analog, power and/or RF design

· Experience with C++., MATLAB, and C#.

· Demonstrated experience supporting RF work in the Naval sector.
