You will monitor performance, train suppliers on SCAR and CAPA, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/testing environment preferred.
• US citizen and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement projects and manage cross functional implementation.
• Audit supplier quality systems and monitor performance metrics.
• Train suppliers on SCAR, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Develop corrective action plans and present status of active supplier issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive quality and productivity improvements.
