You will evaluate supplier performance, manage corrective actions, and ensure compliance with AIAG standards, SAP workflows, and ISO 9001 initiatives. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; quality accreditation or auditor training a plus.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Quality role within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process/product quality control and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AIAG standards (PQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Cpk, SPC, 8D).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Evaluate supplier performance and approve supplier changes; perform first article inspection.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate material quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation and control plans.
• Support ISO 9001 activities and environmental, health, and safety rules.
