RFA Engineering, a leading engineering services provider, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team onsite at a world-class manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. You will partner with Production and Engineering to address supplier quality issues and to support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Applicable quality, industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude through work experience or hobbies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Production and Engineering to investigate supplier and quality issues and clearly communicate findings.
• Assess impact and coordinate cross-functional actions to reduce downtime risk.
• Manage nonconformances through Process Change Notifications or Deviations.
• Support root cause analysis with data-driven information for problem solving.
• Manage deviation and process change requests; support NPI projects.
