Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier materials meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will develop QA processes, lead supplier audits, and drive CAPAs in collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and engineering.

The role calls for 3+ years in supplier quality or quality engineering, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in quality engineering or supplier quality roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF/TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and quality assessments.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys).
• Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean, and QMS tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier QA processes to meet standards.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and inspections.
• Lead CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
• Maintain records and report supplier performance metrics.
• Support supplier qualification and new supplier onboarding.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigations.
