Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC)
• Proven experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP)
• Experience with advanced quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding, welding)
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
