Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits, evaluate supplier performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CSQE, CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with advanced quality planning tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding, electronics assembly)
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Proficiency in a foreign language relevant to the global supply chain
