Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality across our manufacturing supply chain, including supplier qualification, performance monitoring, corrective actions, and supplier development to ensure incoming materials meet Cooler Master’s quality and manufacturing requirements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented quality professional who can work effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supplier quality or related manufacturing quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CAPA, SCAR, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers via audits and quality-system reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and define action plans for quality issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis for defects and drive corrective actions.
• Support supplier development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production to align supplier quality with standards.
• Maintain records of supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and SCARs.
