Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to liaison with suppliers, ensuring product quality and process compliance across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. The role emphasizes RCCA/CAPA, RCA methodologies, and FAI review to maintain supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AS9100 environments, IPC standards, and CSCP certification, with the ability to travel up to 30% to support supplier audits and on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or related roles within manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Teal and suppliers to ensure product quality and process compliance.
• Identify supplier-related quality issues and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs) to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Track supplier quality metrics and conduct supplier audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Inspection, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
