The role partners with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to qualify suppliers, conduct audits, and resolve quality issues while supporting new product introduction and supplier readiness. On-site work in Westminster is required.

This opportunity suits a hands-on supplier quality professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving manufacturing problems, and working closely with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

About the Role

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer – Westminster, CO. This role will work closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a high-performing supplier network.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and assess suppliers for their ability to meet quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits and source inspections.

Preferred Skills

• Aerospace, defense, or space experience is valuable. Relevant experience from other regulated industries will also be considered.
• Electronics, PCB/PCBA, cable harness, or electromechanical manufacturing experience would be particularly relevant.
