Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications & work instructions.
• Hands‑on expertise in measurement methods & tools.
• Data analysis & mining – Pivot charts.
• Root cause analysis / problem solving.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• APQP/PPAP experience.
• US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in demonstrated process improvement success; proven accomplishments utilizing Lean tools/methodologies; Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake‑Proofing and process capability tools required to drive the continuous improvement culture into the organization.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer in Aerospace.
• BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related job experience.
