General Motors Performance Power Units (GMPPU) seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure all externally sourced components meet performance, reliability, and quality standards required for high‑performance propulsion systems. In this role you will own the full lifecycle supplier quality ownership, including supplier selection, APQP execution, PPAP validation, and ongoing supplier performance management. The position works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure supplier processes are capable, controlled, and aligned to GM PPU requirements. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with hands‑on problem solving and experience applying APQP, SPC, MSA, and CAPA methodologies within advanced manufacturing environments.
