What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement processes to eliminate defects and raise the bar on quality
  • Lead a team of 30 quality professionals, ensuring proper staffing, training, and support
  • Own the quality reporting process—refining tools that give insight and drive results
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in audits and product development meetings to embed quality from the start
  • Partner with downstream processes to ensure smooth final inspections and compliance
  • Use data (including warranty analysis) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Uphold and evolve the company’s documented Quality Manual and procedures
