Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Quality Analytics professional to manage supplier performance monitoring, quality metrics, and governance across a regulated environment.

You will lead the development of dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Quality, Compliance, and IT to ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (required)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Data Analytics, Compliance, or related roles within a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining metrics dashboards and reports
• Experience within a 21 CFR 820 and/or MDD and/or ISO 13485 environment
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear insights
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, and/or management reviews with data and metrics
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and data governance practices
• English required
• Limited travel; occasional domestic travel
• Preferred: experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
• Preferred: working knowledge of medical device regulations and Quality Management Systems
• Preferred: experience in a global or matrixed organization
• Preferred: exposure to executive-level quality reporting or metric governance
• Preferred: Quality, Analytics, or Regulatory certifications such as ASQ, RAC, or Power BI certifications

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and processes for effective Supplier Performance Monitoring (SPM) and management across the organization
• Support day-to-day direction and improvement of Source Quality organization quality metrics systems
• Ensure processes, products, and services comply with company and regulatory standards
• Partner with cross-functional departments to implement quality procedures
• Identify quality and service issues and develop corrective and preventative action plans
• Direct workflow to align Quality Systems with internal best practices, QA standards, international standards, and government regulations
• Coordinate process assignments for effective deployment and monitoring of Quality Systems
• Develop, maintain, and enhance metrics dashboards and reports for QMS performance and compliance monitoring
• Gather stakeholder feedback and improve SPM procedures and processes
• Analyze quality and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support QMS governance and execution through accurate, timely, and reliable data reporting
• Partner with Quality, Compliance, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity
• Support audit and inspection readiness with quality metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards for quality analytics and systems
• Drive continuous improvement to improve SPM transparency, efficiency, and metric maturity
• Communicate supplier performance monitoring quality-system verification and monitoring results to management through management review
