Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in quality or a regulated environment.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets and quality metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret complaint data to support product quality improvements.
• Develop one-page reports segregating information into key attributes and insights.
• Provide operational support by coordinating governance meetings and documenting actions.
• Pull and summarize complaint-related data to support product performance reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into follow-up actions.
