IDEX Corporation is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst in Rutherford, NJ to manage NCRs, support MRB processes, and maintain QMS data. The role requires attention to detail, analytical problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supplier quality and compliance.
Responsibilities include NCR entry, CAPA tracking, supplier communications, and data reporting to support supplier qualification and audits.
The Supplier Quality Analyst supports the Supplier Quality function by managing administrative and execution activities related to supplier performance and compliance. Reporting to the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, this role is responsible for maintaining non-conformance records (NCR), supporting Material Review Board (MRB) processes, managing data within the Quality Management System (QMS) software, and assisting with supplier qualification activities.

The compensation range for this position is $59,700.00 - $89,500.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
