Responsibilities include:
Plans, organizes, directs, and reports on all supplier quality-related activities such as good manufacturing practices (GMP) service providers, as well as contract manufacturers, and/or contract metrology laboratories to assure fulfillment of contract/purchase order requirements.
Plans, organizes, directs and reports on the smooth dispensing and reclamation of personnel stamps, which may be physical or electronic stamps. Creates and maintains documentation to assure the stamp warranty process is consistent and in accordance with AS9100 requirements.
Performs analyses to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements are met for stamp acquisition and calibration coordination. Works independently and with minimal oversight to perform administrative duties related to calibration schedules, stamp warranty requirements, and any related activities such as scheduling resources, training, documentation, and work instructions.
Adheres to Quality procedures and regulatory requirements related to industry standards and customer specifications. Reviews stamp and calibration processes for conformance to procedures. Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports related to calibration. Conducts and responds to audits on the Stamp Control and Metrology systems.
Translates engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements into Calibration and Stamp Control processes. Assures that customer quality-imposed technical requirements are adhered to and that a quality system is maintained.
Initiates and conducts programs designed to improve performance, productivity, and process validation. Prepares, maintains, and reviews quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
Monitors quality control activities and systems and maintains feedback loops. May perform investigations into quality deviation issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of Quality, engineering, manufacturing, and/or production control; Or a Master's Degree with 1 or more years of Quality, Engineering, manufacturing, or production control.
Knowledge of calibrated instruments and manufacturing processing.
Knowledge of Stamp Warranty.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access.
Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Holds a DoD clearance – Secret.
Superior level Excel user and comfortable with querying databases and creating reports.
Strong expertise using the full suite of Microsoft Office Tools.
Salary Range: $68,500 - $102,700
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
