Ulta Beauty offers a 10-week internship for rising juniors and seniors, with Corporate, Field, and Distribution Center tracks. The program is hybrid for Corporate interns and in-person for other tracks, providing hands-on experience in operations and meaningful projects to support professional development.

You will join the Supplier Operations team, supporting Joint Business Initiatives, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable value.

Formación

Rising junior or senior enrolled in an undergrad program.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

Support Joint Business Initiatives with supplier partners and help identify opportunities.
Analyze supplier performance and operational data to find trends and root causes.
Develop action plans with milestones, owners and success metrics.
Collaborate across Supply Chain and other teams to move initiatives forward.
Prepare materials and document decisions for supplier meetings and follow-up actions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
Track progress and measure results against KPIs.
Develop a capstone presentation with findings and recommendations.
Must be local to Bolingbrook and able to commute 2-3 days during corporate weeks.
