Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management.
• 5+ years in supplier chain management with ISO-9000 focus and digitalization.
• Strong negotiation, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supplier management software/tools.
• Ability to travel as needed (5-10%).

Responsibilities

• Apply supplier management strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure top supplier performance.
• Evaluate suppliers with cross-functional teams based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Support supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO-9000 requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Work with suppliers to create improvement plans and track progress.
• Provide regular updates on supplier performance to key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve supply chain processes in line with ISO-9000.
• Drive digitalization of supplier communications and processes.
• Support initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in the supply chain.
