• Bachelor’s degree - A major in Supply Chain is a big plus, but not required
• Champion supplier diversity initiatives and ensure requirement distribution alignment to goals
• Support rollout of new supplier management tool within supplier onboarding, contact management, and reporting
• Support preparation (analysis and accompanying slide decks) for quarterly supplier management review with program & client leadership
• Schedule supplier scorecard meetings and prepare supporting materials (analysis, messaging, scorecard PDFs, etc.)
• Manage requisition distribution (review of opportunities sent, cadenced review of distribution lists, explore further optimization, alignment to program goals)
• Support, track, and report on supplier compliance to program guidelines for review with program and client leadership
• Support internal & client supplier summits
• Support vetting & onboarding of new suppliers
• Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers
• Track and follow-up on action items from supplier meetings
• Track and support new requirements for scorecard enhancements
• Collect information from internal & external stakeholders to gather a full understanding of problems at hand, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to remediate the situation
• Ability to understand the situation and audience at hand (suppliers/clients/program teams) to effectively communicate
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
