Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 1–5+ years in manufacturing, supplier quality, or engineering (aerospace, defense, or automotive industries preferred).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and root cause analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with cross‑functional and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self‑motivated to learn and grow in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
  • Assist in resolving supplier technical and manufacturing issues.
  • Identify and help qualify new suppliers for hard‑to‑source components.
  • Analyze supplier processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review incoming materials to verify quality and specifications.
