Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Associate Business Analyst within Supply Chain Management to coordinate key financial elements of supplier contracts and oversee end-to-end contract-related financial activity, including invoicing, collections, and AR analysis.

You will use a proprietary platform and Excel to verify amounts, manage discount activity, and generate data-driven insights for management review. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Ability to interpret complex vendor agreements and apply sound business judgment.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and financial data analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate financial activity for ~75 supplier contracts to verify amounts owed.
• Calculate and submit national volume discount activity on schedule.
• Collect and evaluate accounts receivable activity for vendor agreements.
• Identify trends, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Develop data summaries and reporting for management review of national volume discounts.
• Maintain data in Excel and ensure correct Profit Center mapping for each Aramark location.
