Your Impact: You bring a blend of business acumen and strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams toward shared goals. Your influence and negotiation skills ensure successful strategy implementation and market competitiveness. The GSM team seeks a proactive Supplier Commodity Manager for 'Passive, Discrete, and Logic (PD&L)' components. Responsibilities include developing and executing commodity strategies, managing supplier relationships across technical, commercial, delivery, and quality aspects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, inventory management, and risk mitigation. You will lead negotiations on costs and lead-times, manage performance metrics, and influence supplier investments to meet Cisco's future needs.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years in supply chain, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Preferred Qualifications: Strategic planning, relationship building, conflict resolution, influencing, collaboration, negotiation, change management, and expertise in supplier management and contracts.
