Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Supplier Collaboration Engineer. The Supplier Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and managing supplier interactions, leading communication efforts, and ensuring seamless collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating effective communication between suppliers and internal engineering teams. The role involves problem-solving, process improvement, and supplier performance assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Collaboration, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Strong Project Management skills, including managing timelines and quality standards
• Thorough understanding of drawings and GD&T
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for effective supplier interactions
• Problem-solving and Process Improvement skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in manufacturing or technology DFM, DFA, APQP
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and project management software
• Proficient with Creo preferred
• CAT experience is a plus
